OUR VISION
Achana Legacy Foundation works primarily in Nigeria to eliminate conditions caused by poverty, lack of healthcare, poor or no education, low levels of participation of women in the society and lack of hope.
Prevalence of poverty in Nigeria
Nigeria continues to be one of the nations in the world with the highest prevalence of poverty, especially those who live in remote areas. They lack of access to a good education, poor health, social unrest, inadequate food, and inadequate care.
Achana Legacy Foundation in collaboration with Muhammed Mustapha Isaiaka Foundation, carried out a programme to feed the homeless in Keffi, Nassarawa state.

Loving memory
Achana Legacy Foundation was founded in loving memory of Rebecca Achana Ali ( Nee Adejoh) a rare philanthropist in her lifetime who gave her life to meet the needs of people around her. Her compassion for the needy and not so privileged, giving without expecting anything in return form the basis on which the ethics and core values of the organization was founded.
WHAT WE DO
Our core focus at Achana Legacy Foundation
HEALTH CARE
Our health-care project serves both the mother and the child. We also organize medical check-up programs to provide underprivileged people in rural communities with access to free medical care services.
EDUCATION
We know that education is a powerful tool for developing all Nigerian citizens to their full potential and promoting a strong nation.
DISASTER RELIEF
We offer assistance to victims of both natural and man-made disasters. Because it has a mental and psychological impact on its victims, Achana Legacy Foundation has a team of medical experts who examine all victims to ensure that they are adequately cared for.
MATERNAL CHILD CARE
Women’s health during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.
Our medical team provides the necessary assistance and guidelines to ensure a smooth experience, allowing women and their babies to reach their full potential for health and well-being.
WOMEN & GIRL EMPOWERMENT
We economically and educationally empower women and young girls to enable them to participate in development activities, initiate the community to advocate for support and education of girls, increase enrollment of girls in school, change the lives of poor women and their families through revolving fund provision, and economically empower their households.

FCTA receives donation of multi-million Naira biomedical equipments
We help families raise funds for their adoptions by telling their story to a larger audience then they could on their own and allowing people to donate and engage with each adoption. A huge part of that process is telling each family’s unique story in a compelling way. We wanted to give a family more than just a couple paragraphs to share their journey and why they are adopting, that’s why we work with each family to create a video that really dives deep into their life and heart behind adoption. Once a family’s video and online page is in place we then promote the family through our social media channels.
